INN Estructuradora, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter, "INN Estructuradora"), with registered address at [address — to be published], is the data controller responsible for the personal data you provide to us, which will be protected in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, "LFPDPPP"), its Regulations and other applicable Mexican legislation.
1. Personal data we collect

- Company or institution you represent and your position, where applicable

INN Estructuradora does not collect sensitive personal data through this website. We ask that you refrain from providing financial, asset-related or health information through the form.
2. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for the legal or service relationship):
- To respond to your request for contact, information or an appointment;
- To provide you with information about our projects, products and services;
- To follow up on purchase, investment or business processes initiated by you;
- To assemble client, investor or supplier files, including compliance with obligations under Mexico's anti-money laundering legislation (LFPIORPI), where applicable.
Secondary purposes (not necessary for the legal relationship):

3. Data transfers
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, including, among others: when the transfer is made to holding companies, subsidiaries or affiliates under the common control of the data controller that operate under the same internal processes and policies, or when it is legally required by a competent authority.
4. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
Under Mexican law you hold the so-called ARCO rights: the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of its use (Access); to request its correction (Rectification); to have it removed from our records when you consider it is not being used appropriately (Cancellation); and to object to its processing for specific purposes (Objection). You may also withdraw, at any time, any consent you have granted us.
To exercise your ARCO rights, send a request to [privacy email — to be published] accompanied by: (i) the data subject's name and a means of communicating our response; (ii) a document evidencing your identity or legal representation; (iii) a clear and precise description of the data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of these rights; and (iv) any element that facilitates locating the data. 5. Limitation of use and disclosure
