INN Estructuradora, S.A.P.I. de C.V. is a real estate developer specialized in vertical residential construction built on deeply planned concepts with integrated added value: professional rental operation, hotel services and longevity-oriented wellness.
Today, ENSŌ Tower is our most important endeavor: the first residential tower on the Pacific with a longevity clinic and hotel services, within a master plan with more than three decades of consolidated appreciation at Km 38 of the Baja California coast.
We operate through dedicated per-project corporate and trust vehicles, with corporate governance and one non-negotiable principle: certainty for the buyer and the investor is structured before the first stone is laid.
