A place designed to bring life back to its center

A private longevity club under the classic clubhouse model: a closed community of 500 memberships sustains six levels of amenities facing the Pacific.

"We believe longevity is not pursued; it is cultivated. It is not the result of an extraordinary treatment, but of an ordinary environment extraordinarily well designed."

Six levels, one method

Every space was conceived with a single question: what does a long life need in order to also feel like a beautiful life?

The spa

The Water Circuit

The sensory heart of ENSŌ: a complete thermal circuit, in the manner of the great bathhouses of Europe and Japan.

The ENSŌ method

Six pillars of longevity

I

Measure before assuming

A comprehensive intake assessment — extensive blood panel, body composition, aerobic capacity and baseline strength — with periodic measurements conducted by the club's team.

II

Movement as medicine

A double-height gym, functional training and physiotherapy with guided programs.

III

Thermalism and recovery

The Water Circuit: heat, cold, salt and rest as a regular discipline, not an occasional luxury.

IV

The table that nourishes

La Mesa ENSŌ interprets Baja California cuisine under the principles of the longevity table: nutrition and pleasure are one and the same discipline.

V

Rest and the mind

Spaces for repose, meditation and disconnection — tepidariums, a zen garden and environments designed for slowing down.

VI

The community

The Grand Salon, the shared table and the Sky Social Club do not accompany the method: they are the method.

The memberships

A limited universe: 500

The membership is the key: it opens every space by reservation and never expires. The annual longevity programs are each member's own itinerary. No one pays for what they do not live.

Founder · 137

Reserved for the owners of the 137 residences of ENSŌ Tower, perpetually bound to the residence: it transfers with it, in full and at no cost. Extended hours, reservation preference and dining and consumption benefits.

First Round · 137

The Founders' personal circle: family members, partners and friends invited by them, with the Founders holding a right of first refusal to grant them before anyone else.

Community · 226

Open in its first phase to residents of the master plan and referred clients. Individual memberships, transferable with the approval of the ENSŌ Committee.

Initiation and maintenance fees are set forth in the Club's Official Catalog and in the membership agreement, which prevail over this text. Request the current catalog from our team.

"ENSŌ does not promise years; it cultivates the conditions that the evidence associates with living them well. Every clinical protocol is conducted under the assessment of the club's medical team."
